Banco de México Trust – Diego Rivera Frida Kahlo Museums, holder of the rights to the Anahuacalli Museum, with registered address at Av. 5 de Mayo No. 2, Col. Centro, Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06000, and Museum Facility No. 150, Col. San Pablo Tepetlapa, Coyoacán, C.P. 04620, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, aims to protect the personal information provided by each individual and therefore establishes the following:

The Anahuacalli Museum guarantees the confidentiality of the personal information of users who access this site, with the purpose of providing excellent service. All sales made through the system are final. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

The Anahuacalli Museum does not ship tickets. Telephone service hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If tickets are to be collected at the box office (“will call”), they will be available on the day of your visit. The venue box office is generally open on the day of your visit. Arriving early is recommended to allow time for parking.

You must present the credit card used for purchase and valid identification when collecting tickets. If another person collects the tickets, even with the credit card or a copy, a written authorization is required. It is also recommended to bring a copy of the order confirmation and confirmation number.

In the event that a visit is canceled or postponed, the Anahuacalli Museum will make every effort to notify customers via email within the permitted timeframe.

While the Anahuacalli Museum regrets any inconvenience caused, it will not be responsible for any costs or damages resulting from such cancellation or postponement. Likewise, the organization and execution of events for which tickets are sold is the sole responsibility of event organizers and venue operators. Refunds will only be issued for canceled or postponed events. In all cases, only the ticket price will be refunded.
